Payment Policy

Credit card payments are preauthorized for the amount of the order at the time the order is placed and generally are not charged until the purchase order is processed and the order is shipped. You will be notified if other payment arrangements are necessary. Orders paid by cashire check will not be shipped until funds have cleared your account.

Tax Information
Equipment shipped within Florida is subject to 6.50% sales tax. All customers purchasing equipment outside Florida are responsible for their STATE and LOCAL sales tax when applicable.

Return & Warrenty Policy
Return requests on any and all new equipment MUST be made within 30 days.

Return options will be discussed and you will be issued a Return Authorization number to get you started. Returns CANNOT be honored without prior approval for the return.
On all returned equipment, there will be a minimum 20% restocking fee and freight charges deducted before a refund is issued.
All equipment sold by Energy Cooking Equipment.Com comes with the manufacturer's standard warranty. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for service and replacement guarantees. We will assist you as allowed within the manufacturer's guidlines.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Charges
The shipping charge is based on several factors such as size, weight , freight and destination zip code. We utilize the services of several common carrier freight lines and send your order using the best available priced carrier to your location.

Standard Delivery: All shipments are delivered by the carrier curbside and will only bring the shipment to the delivery location entrance. This is very important! If you DO NOT have a truck height loading dock or a fork lift available to remove the order from the carrier's truck, a liftgate service must be requested at the time the order is placed.

Liftgate Delivery: This service is available for an additional $100.00 and MUST be requested during the check out order process.This is very important! Liftgate service means the order is lowered down to the ground and off loaded from the truck. You are responsible for handling the merchandise from that point. Check and inspect before you accept the delivery!

In Place Delivery: For an additional fee, arrangements for bringing the equipment inside and setting it up in place can be coordinated by Contacting Us at 1.561.542.5622.

Specific Time Delivery: For an additional fee, our freight carrier will deliver at a specific time. Contact us at 1.561.542.5622 to request this service.
Shipping Damages
If your shipment is damaged in transit, we advise you to refuse and not accept delivery.
Before signing the delivery receipt, thoroughly inspect the merchadise for damage and take the time necessary to uncrate or remove cardboard covering to verify the merchadise is in acceptable condition. Note the nature and the extent of any damage on the freight bill.
If the damages are cosmetic or minor and can be easily repaired, Contact us at 1.561.542.5622 to assist you with ordering replacement parts and starting your freight claim.
If after the delivery you notice any damage, save all packing materials and consider taking photos of the damage in the event the freight carrier wants to inspect the damaged merchandise. DO NOT return a damaged item after delivery without contacting us at 1.561.542.5622 for assistance and a Return Authorization Number.
The freight carrier delivering yor order is responsible for any loss or damages during transit. The acceptance of the shipment by the carrier company acknowledges the merchadise delivered or picked up by them was in good condition.
Redelivery or Reconsignment
If the freight carrier arrives and is unable to deliver the merchandise for reasons that you control, redelivery fees may be applied. If the carrier arrives and there is no acknowledgement from the recipient for delivery, the merchandise may be reconsigned to a new address or returned to the origination location.
